This was a collaboration between myself and the homeowner. This is my 3rd vist to Randy's home. 1st was to complete 2 bathrooms for him. 2nd was to frame in for a garage access. This visit was to get rid of his open to below carpet stairs. Randy being the glutton for punishment that he is, took care of all the demolition and prep work. My job was to make certain that everything was installed safely and to add the final touch to what has been a very long round of renovations for him.

A few days at my BFF's Mom's home. The framework and structure were still strong and done right. Just needed a new top and and a fresh look.

It's always a great feeling when your work stands up to the scrutiny of neighbors. I joined Dan and Catherine because they've been so impressed with how happy Dave and Rachelle have been. Literally completed the basement and walked across the street to help here. I forgot to take before pics, but honestly, its the finished product that matters.

If your fence post has rotted at ground level. No need to pay hundreds to put in 1 new piece of wood. Nothing more distracting than a bright orange patch screaming look at me. Just because something is broken doesn't mean its garbage, breath new life into your fence with this repair instead.

Time for my semi-annual post. I really should do more of this. Round 3 at my good clients Dave and Rachelle. This time it was all in, taking their unfinished basement and making it something for the whole family to enjoy. Lots of pictures going from finished to start. Not in any particular order. Scroll through for comments on different aspects.
