Did you know that all of our homes are constructed to Energy code 9.36 under the performance modeling guideline. In your McKee Home, this means your home gets computer modeled prior to permit stage to confirm what the air changes per hour will be and where it should be for overall energy efficiency. Your home is tested for air leaks using a “blower door test” by a Professional Energy Auditor.

When completed, you will receive Energuide and Built Green ratings for your home which can be used to apply for CMHC fee credits!

Join us for the Pumpkin Patch Party on Saturday, October 17, from 1–4 p.m. at the Lanark Landing Pump Track, 800 Langholm Drive SE.

Bring the family for an afternoon of face painting, balloons, candy and a free pumpkin to take home! Pumpkins are limited to one per family, while supplies last.

Enjoy Montreal smoked meat sandwiches and mini cinnamon buns from Flavours of Montreal, plus the Perk Coffee Cart. Costumes are welcome, and you can bring your bike to enjoy the pump track, weather permitting!
