Kichton Contracting is looking for an experienced Underground Superintendent to join our growing team! With a proud history dating back to 1963, Kichton Contracting has built a reputation as a trusted Alberta civil earthworks contractor, delivering commercial and industrial projects. We are seeking a strong leader who is safety-focused, organized, and passionate about building successful teams and quality infrastructure.

As an Underground Superintendent, you will provide leadership and direction to field crews, support project ex*****on, coordinate resources, oversee scheduling, and ensure underground utility projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising heavy equipment crews, with strong knowledge of water, sanitary, and storm systems. CSTS-2020 and Ground Disturbance II are required, with H2S and Leadership in Safety Excellence certifications considered assets.
