Phil's Cleaning COVID-19 Response
Phil's Cleaning will continue to operate in the Fraser Valley, following these mandatory precautions:
1. Exterior window & gutter cleaning and pressure washing ONLY
(no interior window washing)
2. Payment via Interac E-Transfer or Cheque ONLY
(NO Cash)
3. If you have screens on your windows, remove the screens the day before Phil is scheduled to come
4. Once Phil is onsite, he will alert you by either phone call or text that he is beginning the job
5. Once Phil has completed the job, you will receive either a phone call or text
6. If Phil encounters people on site, he will adhere to the 2M (6.5FT) Physical Distancing regulations
6. If you are home and the job is completed, Phil will send an ELECTRONIC INVOICE for payment
7. If you are paying by E-Transfer, follow the necessary steps to send E-TRANSFER with the agreed upon amount and password
8. If you are paying by Cheque, you will leave this the agreed upon location and Phil will pick up at the agreed upon time
