Augerz fencing has been serving Winnipeg and surrounding areas for 10 years. We offer prompt, professional fencing services to help you get the project you want. We will come down for a free quote and give you a variety of options until you are satisfied. If you're looking for just post installation we can do that in a quick fashion. Our mini skid steer's are light in weigh with wide tracks to min

imize any property damage. We measure, mark, drill and set posts in limestone we provide. We pack each post with extreme care to insure its straight and set proper. We also make sure the posts are set to the correct height and cut if needed. We set any size post you desire with the most popular being 4x4's and 6x6's. We also remove mud/dirt at an additional charge. If you're just looking for the holes to be drilled, we will gladly do that also. If you're looking for the full build we are the ones to call. We discuss options with sizes, models and colours. We know how to build them strong so they outlast our wonderful winter weather. We are very aggressive with our prices and promise to make sure you get the best bargain for your dollar. We design and build the gates you want. If you'd just like the posts set and skeleton of the fence built and you put the boards on, we'd gladly do that for you. We are super easy here at Augerz fencing

Now Hiring: Lead Hand / Foreman – Augerz Fencing

Augerz Fencing, located in Ile Des Chenes, is looking for a reliable, experienced Lead Hand / Foreman to run crews and keep projects moving efficiently. This is a hands-on leadership role.

What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a small fencing crew on-site
Read layouts and ensure jobs are built to spec
Operate and oversee use of equipment (post augers, skid steers, etc.)
Delegate tasks and keep productivity high
Ensure quality control and clean, professional job sites
Communicate with ownership and clients when needed

What We’re Looking For
Previous fencing, construction, or landscaping experience (required)
Proven leadership ability (crew management experience preferred)
Strong work ethic — you show up and get it done
Ability to work long, physical days outdoors
Problem solver who doesn’t need hand-holding
Valid driver’s license, class 3 preferred

Schedule
Monday to Friday
8–10 hour days
Some weekend work depending on weather and workload

Compensation
Competitive pay based on experience, starting at $30/hr.

SUMMER STUDENT POSITION – AUGERZ FENCING

We’re hiring a summer student for full-time work.

Duties include:
• General labour
• Grass cutting & trimming
• Basic equipment maintenance
• Landscaping
• Drilling post holes
• Building fences

What we expect:
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to Île-des-Chênes each morning
• Shows up on time
• Great attitude
• Team player

Monday–Friday
8–10 hour days
Some weekend work depending on weather.

This is labour intensive work. It’s hard work.
