Belize Roadway Construction Ltd., a heavy construction company located in Belmopan, Belize is looking for an Office Assistant/Receptionist with professional work ethic and strong communicational skills.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree (preferably in the Business/Accounting field)
- Proficiency in MS Office & Quickbooks
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Must have a Driver’s License
- Work well as part of a team
- Functional in speaking Spanish
Duties:
- Data Entry and record-keeping
- Clerical duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, filing, running errands
- General administrative duties
- General office support to Management
Works hours:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00-12:00 1:00-5:00
Duty Station:
- Belmopan Office
