Pleasant good night....rainy mostly , haven't post in a while so let me share one or two project to keep my followers engaged. I haven't done too much projects this year, I did Pool which I shared earlier, then I the Williams house, its under construction now, I'm finishing up this apartment building in ... Vista Del Mar and I still got the Triangle house that I'm working on. Did some roads drawings too. These images I rendered myself because I actually like doing the rendering in AutoCAD but for nicer renderings i would normally get one of my associates to it, he has all these advanced programs combined with AI to get it looking real like its built already. We having some issues with CBA too, I say we because they've implemented new policies that affects me and quite a number of other professionals in the industry, I wont say too much on the matter but we not taking it, we're organizing and we'll challenge the issue as we have a constitutional right to work and earn an honest living like everyonelse. So here's a look at my last two projects.

Cheers to the New Year, I've just kept going right thru from one year to the next. Thank you to all who supported my business last year and thanks to those who brought me into the New Year. I want to share some rendered pictures of a pool design I'm working on. I've done quite a few pools but this one is a bit more unique. The render is done by one of my associates Mr. Cardona, cause I didn't think my AutoCAD would have done it justice. Here's a look.
