Ditiro Hand Works(DHW) is a rapidly growing, fully and 100% citizen owned Consulting company, which designs commercial building plans and manage their construction, and also specialize in building construction and maintenance, thatching, general electrical installation, road drainage/culverts, fencing and office consultation.DHW became fully operational in year 2010.Clients submits general requ
irements including the area of site on which they want to build and the type of building such as Office or Warehouse in form of brainstorming the number of partitions to have. DHW produces an outline plans which include photographic mock-ups depicting different types of plans and rooms. Once this has been agreed with client and local planning authorities, detailed specification are drawn –up. These will be used by construction companies which wish to bid for the contract by submitting quotations. DHW provides on –site engineers to supervise the day to day building work. Completed items are transported to the vessel for subsequent installation and further analysis under the overall supervision of the project manager.
