Dear Botswana,
We owe you a sincere—and structurally sound—apology.
It has come to our attention that the JM Architectural Design Studio team has been causing mild to severe architectural disruption across the country. Apparently, excellence in design now counts as a public hazard. Who knew?
In the spirit of transparency, we apologise for the following:
For producing building designs so clean and modern that contractors have started asking for “simple plans” just to catch their breath.
We didn’t mean to stress the construction industry—we just love sharp lines and beautiful elevations.
For floor plans that flow so well even your grandmother now understands what “open plan living” means.
We didn’t intend to educate entire families, but here we are.
For making clients fall in love with their buildings before they’re even built.
We accept responsibility for all excessive excitement, daydreaming, and premature furniture shopping.
For turning empty plots into architectural fantasies that make neighbours suddenly reconsider their own houses.
We’re sorry for the silent tension this has created across communities.
For delivering concepts and visuals so crisp they look like they were taken straight out of your imagination—but with better lighting.
We apologise for the emotional attachment you now have to your 3D renders.
For creating designs that somehow respect budgets and still look premium.
We know… it’s suspicious. Even we can’t explain it sometimes.
For giving Botswana a proudly local architectural studio that refuses to compromise on creativity, detail, and client satisfaction.
We promise—it’s not witchcraft. It’s just passion, experience, and a lot of late nights.
And finally…
We apologise to those who “just came for a quotation” and ended up planning extensions, future homes, and dream projects.
We are still trying to understand this condition known as “falling in love with good design.”
Moving forward, we promise to…
Actually, no.
We refuse to reduce the quality of our craft.
Thank you for choosing beauty, precision, and buildings that make sense.
