My, Sultana Plum,

It is definitely heart shaped, dark red skin, red flesh, and semi-cling fruit. It’s ripening now and grafted The flavor is delicious with wonderful acetal aromas similar to some specialty young wines. Skin isn’t bitter . Flesh has firmness but not crunchy, very juicy almost like Santa Rosa. It is of course sweet with a hint of tartness on its skin. Some mild spices and hints of cinnamon but overwhelmingly wine like aromas.

This Asian Plum, I estimate to have about 300-500 Chilling hours, within the same range as Satsuma plum.
