Birthdays for me are always about and I use every opportunity to undertake a analysis of my life through all spheres of mortality manifestations (life opportunities and challenges). The last 2 years has not beem easy, as I have not been active in the economy as I would have loved to and we were in the last 20 years.

But, being over 50 for me had to come to a moratorium that must be adopted. I have to be a , and that am not young anymore. What I have planned, had planned might might and might happen. Optimissim should be the driving principle and s strong spiritual faith should be the guiding principle.

For the first time in my adulthood, am spending my birthday with my 91 year old mother Maria Tshupelo aka . It has to be a momentous one for both of us because in life small preciius moments give us more life 'airtyme'.

We shall come out of this birthday more driven...Happy birthday to myself .

Celebrating 16 Years of Design 360 Architects
Today we celebrate 16 years of Design 360 Architects contributing to the growth and transformation of the Botswana Built Environment & Construction Industry.
The journey has not always been easy. Along the way we have experienced meaningful successes, faced disappointments, and navigated moments that challenged us deeply as a practice. Like many firms in our industry, we have had to adapt, restructure, and rebuild at different stages of our journey. There were moments we wished we could have done better, moments we learned difficult lessons, and moments that shaped us into a stronger and wiser organisation.
Yet through it all, we are still here — and we are here to stay.
Over these sixteen years:
• We have collaborated with talented professionals, contractors, engineers, planners, and clients.
• We have contributed to projects that have shaped communities and improved spaces where people live, work, and gather.
• We have mentored and developed young professionals and artisans entering the industry.
• We have celebrated many satisfied clients and proud project milestones.
• Most importantly, we have learned — continuously.
Every challenge strengthened our resolve. Every collaboration expanded our knowledge. Every project refined our craft.
To all our clients, collaborators, partners, and supporters who have been part of this journey — thank you. Your trust and engagement have been an important part of our story.
But this milestone is not the destination.
We remain ambitious, visionary, and committed to excellence. The future holds greater opportunities to innovate, design responsibly, and contribute meaningfully to Botswana’s development.
The journey continues.
We are not done yet.
We are still aiming higher.
