The main cause of low pressure on your borehole is the pump not solar panels.
Right pump can give you more water with few panels.
You can't take a pump written Max head: 250 meters the place it at 250 meters๐ญ
Solar panels will only affect the starting time(in the morning) and finishing time(in the afternoon).
Example 1:
--A 2.2 kw Ac/Dc pump controller from Havel need an Open circuit voltage range,Voc: 100-490
--If we use 600 watts bi-facial solar panels with a Voc of 52 each
Minimum number of panels needed:
--100/52=2 panels
Problem is that with 2 panels,the power will be less than 2200 Watts(2.2 Kw)
--Increase solar panels to 4โ

Even if you can increase solar panels to 10 the flowrate will not increase.
The motor will just draw what it need and forget the extra energy.
