Island Site Development proudly welcomes this year’s apprentices to the Earn While You Learn Apprenticeship Program.

Through technical training and hands-on experience, these young Bahamians will develop valuable skills, earn an income, and prepare for meaningful careers. More than learning a trade, the program promotes discipline, teamwork, responsibility, commitment, and excellence while creating opportunities for a brighter future.

We look forward to seeing our apprentices learn, grow, and succeed.

📚 Investing in Education, Investing in Our Future! 🇧🇸

📚 Investing in Education, Investing in Our Future! 🇧🇸

Island Site Development, in partnership with the Member of Parliament for Bimini and The Berry Islands, The Hon. Randy Rolle, was on the move again in Bimini with a textbook donation to Gateway Christian Academy. 📖

This initiative reflects our shared commitment to supporting our students, strengthening our schools, and creating greater opportunities for the next generation. Every textbook is more than just a resource—it is a tool that can inspire learning, encourage achievement, and help shape a brighter future. ✨

We are honored to give back to the community and look forward to continuing to support initiatives that empower our young people and contribute to their success.

Together, we can build stronger communities through education—one student, one book, and one opportunity at a time. 💙🇧🇸

We are our brother’s keeper!

Island Site Development, in partnership with the Minister for Bimini and The Berry Islands, the Hon. Randy Rolle, visited the island of Bimini last weekend to provide a monetary donation toward rental relief for victims of the devastating Bimini fire.

We stand with the people of Bimini during this difficult time. Together, we can help our neighbors rebuild and recover.
