Another property transformation underway in Serenity.

This full exterior project starts with two new fiber-reinforced concrete driveways before moving into raised planter construction, proper base/soil preparation over the existing hard limestone base to support healthy lawn establishment and full lawn and landscape installation.

The driveways are complete. Next we move into base preparation and landscape installation.

Over the past several weeks, our team has transformed the landscape surrounding the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas’ newly renovated office spaces. From site preparation and irrigation infrastructure to landscape lighting, hardscape installation and shrub planting, every element has been carefully executed to complement the architecture and create a timeless outdoor environment.

The newly renovated office spaces were made possible through the generous support of the Baha Mar Resort Foundation.

These images offer a small look at the journey and the work that brought this landscape to life before we unveil the completed transformation.

A complete landscape transformation is now underway at the National Art Gallery of The Bahamas’ newly renovated office spaces, made possible through the generous support of Baha Mar.

This marks the next phase in our ongoing landscape enhancement of the entire property over the past year, in collaboration with the Executive Director and the National Art Gallery team.

This project begins with site preparation, followed by irrigation expansion, landscape lighting, a custom paver courtyard, softscape installation and an intentional landscape design to unify and elevate the entire space.

Every element is being planned and executed to create a landscape that is functional, timeless and worthy of the architecture it surrounds.

To date, site preparation, irrigation expansion, and the landscape lighting infrastructure have been completed. The next phase will see construction of the custom paver courtyard, followed by installation of the softscape to bring the vision to life.

Another residential transformation completed in Serenity.

This property required significant grading, fill and soil work to correct drainage and properly level the site before installing a fresh premium St. Augustine lawn.

With road access at both ends of the property, we also recommended a rear gravel driveway to improve functionality and maximize usable space.

Next phase: perimeter hedging and palms to enhance privacy and curb appeal.
