The SA Complex translates Arab hospitality into a contemporary oasis, a place where family and friends come together.
Under Riyadh’s intense desert heat, the architecture creates its own comfort. Deep overhangs, aluminum screens, reflecting pools and planted courtyards produce shade and a cooler microclimate.
The house turns inward, around water and greenery. Its open, sunken lower level hosts a majlis connected to the landscape, and tall walls and vegetation protect its privacy from the avenue.
Travertine, Brazilian quartzites and natural wood form a timeless palette, softened by filtered daylight.
A place to be, to entertain and to contemplate.
