A contemporary take on Brazilian modernism, shaped by Italian influences.

Overlooking São Paulo’s Parque do Povo and Marginal Pinheiros skyline, this 600 sqm residence brings together architecture, art and design through a rich palette of marble, walnut, brass, terrazzo and natural textures.

Designed around four structural pillars turned into architectural protagonists, the apartment combines handcrafted woodwork, sliding panels and brass screens to create a flexible, layered interior.

Brazilian design icons by Jorge Zalszupin, Sergio Rodrigues and Jacqueline Terpins sit alongside contemporary pieces, while tropical landscaping by Letícia Bononi connects the interiors to the surrounding city.

A deeply personal residence where modernism, craftsmanship and collected design come together.
