DEN design

The studio was founded in 2012 by Ivan Kunchev. It was essential for the company to keep two separate focal points as services – Architecture and 3D Visualizations. Our approach in Architecture lies on three main pillars – Simplicity, Cleanness and Honesty. They are all combined by purpose in every element, idea or decision. We utterly believe that using those principles in the design process will always give results that are beneficial for every part involved – Investors, Builders, Real estate companies, Clients and last but not least – us, the Architects. We are certain that every good quality building or interior design project could benefit immensely from a high quality 3D Visualization. It is hard to catch the eye of potential buyers with plain and simple architectural models or perspectives. Initially we developed 3D Visualizations skills to help us present our own projects reaching a level where we can confidently offer our help to every client who needs professional 3D services. Being young and fresh company grants three things:
- A lot of energy and passion for work
- Carry-out challenging deadlines
- Competitive prices

And this seems to be the right recipe since our projects count and client base rises continuously, leaving only positive results and feedback. With love, dedication and complete involvement is how every project or task is carried-out in Kunchev Studio. We believe that hard work always pays back in good clients, precious experience and healthy development.
