A successful first edition of the RES Golf Trophy.

This summer, Studio 56 is the place to be in Knokke.

An inspiring Mediterranean setting where design, gastronomy and outdoor living come together. Throughout July and August, enjoy breakfast, lunch, aperitivo or simply a drink in a unique green oasis. Reservations are recommended.

Afgelopen donderdag mochten we bij Avantgarden meer dan 500 gasten verwelkomen voor de RES Garden Party — een avond vol inspirerende gesprekken, sterke connecties en een unieke sfeer tussen groen, architectuur en vastgoed.

Samen met onze partners , / .experts, en Studiebureau RVR kijken we terug op een bijzonder geslaagde editie. Dank aan en alle aanwezigen om van deze avond iets onvergetelijks te maken.

Every exceptional garden begins underground.

This contemporary villa landscape is currently taking shape through a highly detailed technical foundation — from integrated infrastructure and precise level planning to the invisible systems that will support the garden for decades to come.

A flowing path of basalt stepping stones winds between evergreen holm oaks, creating softness and rhythm around the strong black-and-white architecture. The future overflow pool by Antheunis will complete the composition as a calm and reflective centrepiece.

A project where craftsmanship, engineering, and landscape design come together long before the first planting is installed.
