🏡 Final Result.
Only a few months ago, this project was presented as a “premium renovation” by a company that clearly knew how to market itself. Today, we were the ones called in to repair what others had already declared finished.
The moisture was there.
The underlying issues were there.
The defects were there.
They were not solved.
They were simply hidden behind new finishes, beautiful photographs, and well-packaged promises.
Unfortunately, this is the reality of part of our industry: too much marketing, not enough craftsmanship. Too many companies selling “luxury,” “premium,” and “high-end quality,” while the client is left paying a second time when the problems inevitably appear.
This house has been renovated twice within a few months.
The first time for the photos.
The second time to do it properly.
We do not judge companies by the size of their advertising budget, the number of followers they have, or how impressive their branding looks.
We judge them by one simple question:
How does the work look six months, one year, or five years later?
Walls do not lie.
Moisture does not lie.
Defects do not lie.
And time always reveals the difference between companies that build a reputation through marketing and those that build it through workmanship.
Today, we are delivering a project that should have been completed correctly from the very beginning.

Not everything promoted as “premium” is professional.
Sometimes the most expensive renovation is the one you have to pay for twice.
