The second face that recently joined AVC:
Sélim Sahnoune joins AVC as our International Sales Manager, bringing with him 4 years in interior partitions, 4 years in ventilation and a strong background in the building industry.
He has built a broad technical foundation and got to work closely with the interior sector, developing a strong passion for design and architecture.
Through the years, he got to deeply understand the three groups at the heart of every project: architects, contractors and installers. When short staffed, he even at times jumped in to help with project- and site management.
This hands-on experience gives him a good understanding of what actually happens between the drawing and the finished project. Add a strong industry network, an enthusiasm for design and a love of talking to people, and you have a natural fit for AVC.
He also did not ease into the job - as three weeks in he already had his first project in Switzerland.
With French, Dutch, English and a bit of German in his language arsenal, there’s a good chance he can answer your call in the language you prefer.

Q: What made you want to join AVC?
A: I knew AVC from previous projects. I found the products beautiful, so I was excited about the opportunity to build new international partnerships for AVC.
Q: What do you hope to bring to AVC?
A: My experience, network, joy and also an understanding of different cultures and backgrounds that is always useful in an international role. Also fun with colleagues! I want us all to bring in great work and then celebrate our successes together.
Q: What’s on your playlist?
A: Everything!
Q: What might surprise people about you?
A: My Spotify Wrapped age is 65.
Q: If not sales, what would you be doing?
A: Definitely football at a high level!
When he’s not working, you’ll find Selim with his young family, walking along the Leie, at the gym or on the football pitch.
