Today’s project involved a complete exterior cleaning to restore the property’s appearance. We professionally jet washed all ground surfaces to remove built-up dirt, moss, and algae. The stonework and exterior walls of the house were then treated with a professional sodium hypochlorite cleaning solution, which effectively removed stains, organic growth, and discoloration, leaving the surfaces clean and refreshed. This roof refurbishment involved removing the damaged and deteriorated OSB boards and replacing them with brand-new, high-quality OSB boards to create a strong and secure foundation. Before & After – Complete Roof & Brickwork Restoration

This project involved a full restoration of both the roof and masonry to bring the property back to a high professional standard. The existing brickwork was carefully raked out, removing all old and deteriorated mortar before being fully repointed with fresh, high-quality mortar throughout, restoring the strength and appearance of the walls. The old, worn OSB roof boards were completely removed and replaced with new OSB boards across the entire roof, providing a solid and reliable base. To finish the project, a premium rubber roofing system was professionally installed, creating a durable, watertight, and long-lasting finish.
