K22 Lofts is een project waarbij een oud pakhuis werd omgevormd tot twee lofts: één aangepast voor mensen met beperkte mobiliteit, de andere een penthouse. De lofts bevinden zich op een historische site in Laken, op een boogscheut van het kanaal. De lofts hebben een innovatief ontwerp en bijzondere uitstraling, tussen traditie en moderniteit. Alle appartementen hebben een terras of een tuin. Het project wil een voorbeeld zijn op het gebied van milieu.
