Designed as a refined and functional statement piece, this custom-made cloakroom cabinet creates a beautiful first impression upon entering the entrance hall of a renovated penthouse in the heart of Brussels.

Materials used:
– Doors: professionally brushed in Seashell colour
– Handles & outer frames: milled solid walnut wood finish
– Interior cabinets: Seashell melamine

A wine fridge, mirror, and integrated storage compartments are seamlessly incorporated into the design.

The high-end finishing makes it the perfect eye-catcher upon entering the top floor of this apartment, offering astonishing views over the historical centre of Brussels.

Modern asymmetric library in oak wood.

Custom-made furniture designed for an open niche in a living room of a renovated apartment in Ixelles.

The asymmetric open compartments, combined with a few closed sections, create a timeless and balanced design.

The lower part of the library features closed doors with a clean, continuous 45-degree cut shadow handle, adding both functionality and a refined aesthetic.

Materials used:
– Oak veneer, finished with a two-component natural oil
– Doors in supermat anti-fingerprint melamine, seashell colour, with handles in solid oak wood
– Interior cabinets in seashell-coloured melamine

Couple of classic-style pivoting doors installed between the dining room and the kitchen, and between the entrance hall and the dining room.

The door profiles echo the elegant curves of the garden-facing windows, creating a harmonious connection throughout the space.

A refined solution to separate rooms while maintaining comfort and fluidity—no additional door frames needed.

The pivot system is fully integrated into the doors, with discreet touchpoints in the ceiling and floor.

Materials used:
– Solid oak, finished with a two-component natural oil
– Laminated glass
– Integrated invisible pivot hinges with fixed positions at -90° / 0° / 90°

A beautiful result and a real pleasure to craft these pieces using traditional joinery techniques.

Cosy bench corner in the kitchen area
Do you also find yourself regularly enjoying coffee and/or drinks with family or friends in your kitchen?

These days, the open kitchen has become the heart of the home—the place where we often spend most of our time, especially when guests come over.

This project was designed to respond to that very need: creating a comfortable and inviting spot in the kitchen where people can sit back and enjoy quality time together.

The custom bench is crafted from prime solid oak, finished with a dark roast oil that adds warmth and beautifully complements the existing tones of the space.

It features two sliding doors painted in an off-black colour, as well as open compartments for storing a few bottles of wine and favourite cookbooks.

It’s always a pleasure to see a project fully installed in its setting.

This bench truly transforms the kitchen into a space not only for cooking and dining, but also for sharing good moments and great company.

In-suite dressing – master bedroom

An astonishing cabinet project in a luxury apartment in the centre of Brussels.

The design features two full walls of custom cabinets.

One side is mainly dedicated to hanging clothes and also includes a library cabinet facing the bed.

The other side offers ample drawers and shelves for efficient clothing organisation and integrates a comfortable bench.,

Clean lines, warm natural oak details, and a perfectly balanced layout, designed for everyday comfort and timeless elegance.

- Doors & fronts: master oak, bringing the natural charm of genuine wood
- Handles, library unit & bench top: natural oak finished with Rubio “Natural” oil

Built-In storage cabinets with Integrated Desk

Custom-designed cabinetry to maximize storage and organization in the guest room of a splendid penthouse in the heart of Brussels — offering a stunning view over the Grand Place and Manneken P*s 😉.

The beauty of this efficient storage solution lies in the sleek combination of doors with a super-matte, anti-fingerprint “Seashell” colour finish and handcrafted handles in solid American walnut. The wall of cabinets is elegantly framed with two horizontal walnut bands at the top and bottom, adding warmth and visual balance.

At the center, a compact pull-out desk has been seamlessly integrated behind cabinet doors that open up to 165 degrees, creating a discreet yet practical workspace.

Materials used:
- Interior: Seashell melamine, with anthracite accents for the back panels and drawer bottoms
- Drawer fronts: American walnut veneer
- Handles: Solid American walnut
- Doors: Super-matte “Seashell” board with anti-fingerprint surface
- Built-in desk: Varnished solid oak wood

A Library Full of Character

This project grew out of a simple idea: to create a library space that feels both timeless and personal. The natural beauty of oiled American walnut immediately set the tone — warm, rich, and full of character.

On each side of the chimney, six solid 35 mm floating shelves appear to hover effortlessly, their invisible fixings letting the wood speak for itself.

Below, a buffet cabinet with finely milled handles offers discreet storage, while a floating triangular desk was designed to make perfect use of a tricky corner. Even the details, like hidden cable pass-throughs with matching covers, were carefully considered to keep the design clean and uncluttered.

What makes this library truly special, though, is how it lives. In the heart of a beautifully renovated maison de maître in Antwerp, it now holds a remarkable collection of books and unique decorative pieces.

Arranged with care by the owners, these personal touches breathe life into the walnut framework — turning a piece of furniture into a masterpiece. ✨

Elegant built-in wardrobe with solid oak doors and rattan caning.

A bespoke design created exclusively for the master bedroom of a beautifully renovated maison de maître in the heart of Antwerp.✨

This impressive piece measures approximately 4.2m wide by 3.4m high. Its refined beauty lies in the harmonious combination of premium solid oak and natural woven cane (cannage).

Thanks to the rattan’s partial transparency, the wardrobe feels airy and refined instead of overwhelming the space with a solid wall of doors.

We had the opportunity to completely furnish an entrance hall with some sleek, custom-made cabinets.

Along with the creation of a custom-made wardrobe, the customer wanted a shoe cabinet combined with bench with drawers.

The minimalist design with perfectly lacquered doors and drawer fronts ensures a very neat entrance hall in a beautifully renovated family home.

The milled handles with a solid oak back give the extra touch of a personal design when entering this modern living space.

Materials used:
- Doors and drawer front panels were lacquered in a spray booth.
- Integrated handles were milled and finished with a layer of solid oak.
- Bench top and shoe cabinet were oiled prime solid oak wood.
- the interior of the cabinets were made with ultra-white melamine and anthracite for the backs of the cabinets and the bottoms of the drawers.

A beautifull contemporary design made by (https://www.arianevandievoet.com) in close collaboration with the customer to respect the apartment interior decoration.

The production of this splendid piece of furniture was done using traditional assembling techniques by yours and only Tofwood.

It was such a pleasure to collaborate and deliver this project to a super happy customer living a few steps away from the Sonian Forest in Uccle.
