✨ Project in Progress — Residential Renovation

This project explores the transformation of an existing residential building through a carefully considered heavy renovation.

Starting from the original structure, the intervention redefines volumes, façades, and spatial organization — balancing preservation and renewal. The model highlights a dialogue between heritage elements and contemporary additions, where rhythm, proportions, and openings are reinterpreted to bring light and clarity to the whole.

✨ Project Reveal !

Our latest housing project is now complete, and every detail celebrates light, materiality, and refined geometry.

Natural light becomes the main architectural element here — flowing generously through large openings, softening the space, and highlighting the warmth of the wood and the delicacy of the mineral surfaces.

The interplay of textures, subtle curves, and clean lines creates a calm, timeless atmosphere designed for everyday comfort and long-lasting elegance.

A warm thank you to the construction team for their dedication and flawless ex*****on, and to the interior designer for their inspiring collaboration and sensitive approach to the space.

We are proud to announce that our project has been featured in the 2025 Uccle Contemporary Architecture Awards Catalogue. 💫

Situated at an intersection, his project represents the final piece of a long-evolving urban fabric — a missing link that reconnects the morphology of its neighborhood.

Designed as the keystone of its block, the building harmonizes two distinct spatialities: the urban density of Saint-Job and the bucolic landscape of Avijl and Kauwberg.

Through its articulation of red brick volumes, pronounced cornices and oriel-like extrusions, the project reinterprets the post-war architectural language of Uccle while affirming a contemporary identity.

✨ A project about connection, context and balance — celebrating the dialogue between heritage and modernity.

🏡 New build project in progress in Rhode-Saint-Genese!
Located in a quiet and green residential area, this newly built 4-façade family home is taking shape.
Launched in November 2024, the project is progressing smoothly: the structural shell is now complete, window frames will be installed shortly, and interior works will follow.
🔧 A contemporary design focused on comfort, natural light, and high energy performance.
