Welcoming marketing students from .be! 🎓

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting marketing students from Thomas More at Sidec. They joined a presentation where CEO Yves Jonckers, Sales Manager Carina, and Marketing Manager Ronny shared our vision on sales and marketing and explained our commercial strategy.

The session focused on translating theory into practice: how we position ourselves in the market, respond to customer needs, and differentiate from competitors.

Afterwards, the students enjoyed a guided tour of our R&D lab, warehouses, and Sidec Academy, gaining firsthand insight into our operations.

A big thank you to all students and their lecturer for their visit!

Teambuilding time! 💪🎉

We traded our daily tasks for a day of adventure at in the heart of the Kempen! From carpooling together to tackling challenges we’ve truly never done before, the Sidec team gave it their all.

In the morning, we were split into 8 random groups for a "no-limits" game: fishing ducks with iron rods, memory puzzles, ball balancing, sack races, transferring water through old pipes... Every challenge tested our creativity, teamwork, and laughter.

After a well-deserved lunch, 8 new teams tackled the battle of "the brainiest team", combining orientation, problem-solving, and hands-on challenges. The winners proudly received their award. 🏆🧠

It was an incredible day filled with laughter, teamwork, and great memories we’ll cherish.
