Collage for a dental practice in Edegem.

This collage illustrates the balance between a clinical atmosphere and a homely feel. Warm wood plays an important role in the design and is used as a finish for robust volumes, lending the large open space, enhanced by generous windows, a sense of solidity and intimacy. The high ceilings led to the use of acoustic spray plaster, which adds an interesting texture to the overall space. Floor-to-ceiling figured glass doors allow daylight to enter while maintaining privacy. As a result, the practice feels spacious and filled with natural light, yet remains intimate and calm.

Plans for an office space in Antwerp.

We are designing an office space with a strong focus on growth and flexibility organised in three phases to support both current and future team needs.

The workspace features five work islands, reception and meeting areas and a separate meeting room for training and lectures. Flexible partition walls were introduced, allowing the layout to easily adapt as the office evolves.

Permit granted for an extension to a private residence hosting a gynaecology practice.

The practice is designed to balance clinical precision with emotional comfort. Bathed in natural light, the space evokes a sense of openness while maintaining complete privacy through spatial planning and views on a private enclosed garden.

A celebration is in order for the 10Y work anniversary of Sophie!

Sophie is a project leader at Studio Tolleneer. Being in charge of the general administration she is also the studio’s office manager.
Sophie received a bachelor in architecture in 2004 and a master in interior architecture in 2006. After graduation, she moved to Milan to further specialise in lighting design. This additional degree was put into practice working as a lighting designer at renowned brands and architecture studios in Italy.
After returning to Belgium in 2010, she worked as an interior architect and joined Studio Tolleneer in 2015.

The design of this dental studio studies ways to maximalise natural light and spaciousness while guaranteeing a high level of privacy for patients, dentists and assistants.

The best news to wrap up this year!

We are thrilled to announce that the permit for the renovation and extension of ’t Kamereyk has been granted by the municipality of Herenthout.

The former restaurant in this neoclassical gem was originally the town’s notary house, built in 1885. It will now be converted into a dental clinic on the ground floor with an apartment and polyvalent space on the upper floors. These new functions will be integrated in the building with utmost respect for the historical value of the existing architecture.

Opening spring 2025.

After more than a decade, it was time to refresh our website and update our logo.
We’ve put more focus on our core values to clearly communicate what we stand for. We will offer more insight in our activities and design process in our news section as well as on social media platforms.
