A moment of pause to invite stillness ...

Coming closer to host the Stillness & Lifeforce retreat, in co-creation with Lauren Vandendriessche , I feel deeply grateful and happy to reveal this architecture of silence with our dear participants.

A remote version of the Still room, nestled in between the Portuguese cork fields, as a silent refuge to reconnect with peaceful presence.

A very special thanks to Silent Living and Herdade no Tempo for holding space in this inspiring journey.

Turning a dream into reality.

I breath mountains since before I was born.

There is such a greatness in feeling so small, but when embracing their stillness beyond their power ... they invite you to elevate your presence to come closer to your essence.

What a journey to reach the top of the Jungfrau-Marathon ... facing yourself in every step, cleansing the mind , empowering the body , enjoying the scenic energy ...

In my preparation, I embodied "the zen of running" ... a practice i will share soon with you ...

For now, still in trance into the "monk's high" ( name of the mountain is the Mönch btw ) ... i want to express my deeest gratitude to Addict : for their endless support in guiding me to perform in the best apparel x On , and to pushwithus to fuel me with energy ...

Mostly important : endless hugs of gratitude to the beloved ones who nourished me with their love power ... without you, the top would have stayed just a dream ...

With you, you made me a Jungfrau marathon finisher
