anitary plumbing and fire Fighting (Protection and detection) design. But I also have a passion for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. I am well versed in AutoCAD (2D, 3D), AutoCAD plant 3D, Auto cad P&ID, 3ds Max, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion, v-ray and Adobe Photoshop & Microsoft office. I am also good at Estimating and BOQ Making(Bill of quantity). While most of my professional experience involves Civil drafting, as a hobbyist, I am also interested in Architectural, Electrical and Mechanical design and would

উপরোক্ত পরিমাপ পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে এবার আপনি খুব সহজেই হিসাব করতে পারবেন আপনার ফ্ল্যাটটির পরিমাপ। তারপরও আপনাদের সুবিধার্থে আরও সহজভাবে তুলে ধরা হলো।
* ৩ কাঠার প্লটে মোট জমির পরিমাপ হয়= ২১৬০ বর্গফুট।
* ৫ কাঠার প্লটে মোট জমির পরিমাপ হয়= ৩৬০০ বর্গফুট।
* ১০ কাঠার প্লটে মোট জমির পরিমাপ হয়= ৭২০০ বর্গফুট।
এই হিসাব পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে এবার আপনি ঠিক করুন আপনি আপনার জায়গায় কোন আয়তনের ফ্ল্যাট নির্মাণ করবেন। তবে একটা বিষয় খেয়াল রাখতে হবে যে, রাজউক ইমারত নির্মাণ আইনে মোট জমির এক তৃতীয়াংশ জায়গা খালি রাখতে হয় রাস্তা, ড্রেন ও আলো বাতাসের জন্য।
আর যারা রেডি ফ্ল্যাট কিনবেন তারা এই হিসাবটি জেনে রাখুন। কেননা ফ্ল্যাট বিক্রয়কারী প্রতিষ্ঠানগুলো ফ্ল্যাটের মোট আয়তন ছাড়াও সিড়ি, ফ্ল্যাটের সামনে, পিছনে, সাইডের খালি জায়গাও ফ্লাটের মধ্যে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করে থাকে। যেমন –
* আপনি যদি ৯০০ বর্গফুটের একটি ফ্ল্যাট কেনেন তাহলে আপনার মূল ফ্ল্যাটের আয়তন হবে ৬০০ থেকে ৬৫০ বর্গফুট।
* আর যদি ১২০০ বর্গফুট হয় সেক্ষেত্রে ৭৮০ থেকে ৮৫০ বর্গফুট হবে আপনার মূল ফ্ল্যাটের আয়তন।
* ১৬০০ বর্গফুট আয়তনের ফ্ল্যাটের ক্ষেত্রে সব কিছু বাদ দিয়ে মূল ফ্ল্যাটের আয়তন হবে ১২০০ থেকে ১২৫০ বর্গফুট
