1.0 New Design (Reinforced Concrete-RC): 750 Numbers (Nos.),
2.0 New Design (Steel Building): 95 Numbers (Nos.),
3.0 DEA for ACCORD/RSC* (RC & Steel Building): 6 Nos.,
4.0 Bridge Design: 03 Nos.
*ACCORD/RSC and ALLIANCE are buyer's associations of Europe and North America, respectively, in the ''Ready-made Garments'' sector of Bangladesh for Fire and Building Safety. However, his participation in an international & national training, workshop, and seminars are 19 numbers (Nos.) respectively. Total continuing professional development (CPD) is 230 hours per year, approximately, from 2019 to 2020-21-22-23.

কলাম বাঁধাইয়ে যে ভুলগুলো করা যাবে না

🔹 রডের নির্ধারিত Diameter ও Spacing পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।

🔹 Column bar এর Lap splice ইচ্ছেমতো দেওয়া যাবে না। Drawing ও Code অনুযায়ী Lap এর Location ও Length নির্ধারণ করতে হবে।

🔹 সব Vertical bar একই জায়গায় Lap দেওয়া উচিত নয়।

🔹 Stirrup বা Tie এর Spacing এবং Detailing পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।

🔹 Beam Column Joint এর কাছে প্রয়োজনীয় Confinement Tie বাদ দেওয়া যাবে না।

🔹 Column bar অপ্রয়োজনে বাঁকানো বা Sloping করা যাবে না।

🔹 নির্ধারিত Concrete Cover নিশ্চিত করতে Proper Spacer বা Cover Block ব্যবহার করতে হবে।

🔹 Column cage এর Alignment, Plumb এবং Dimension ঠিক রাখতে হবে।

🔹 Structural Drawing না বুঝে Contractor বা Rod Mistri এর পরামর্শে Reinforcement পরিবর্তন করা যাবে না।

মনে রাখবেন, কলামের Reinforcement Detailing শুধু রড বাঁধার কাজ নয়। এটি ভবনের Structural Safety এর একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অংশ।

৩৫০০পি এস আই ,শুধু সিমেন্ট্র ,বালি আর রাবিশ মিশ্রিত খোয়া দিয়ে ঢালাই দিলেই চলে আসবে না।
ভালো কংক্রিট তৈরি করা অনেক গুলা বিষয়ের সমষ্টিগত ফলাফল।
