This project is thoughtfully designed as a single-story structure (without a main stair) for the initial phase, with future expandability in mind. The building can be upgraded to a 3-story structure within the next 5–10 years, based on the client’s needs.

If our mindset regarding building construction continues to remain substandard, it will be impossible to avoid major disasters in the future.
The estimated magnitude of today’s earthquake alone is enough to open our eyes.

Think carefully—how risky it is to construct a three-storey or taller building using only 12 mm reinforcement bars!
In an earthquake or any natural disaster, how long can such a structure truly withstand the forces? One wrong decision can put your entire investment, your family, and your safety at serious risk.

Relying on free or hand-drawn contractor drawings for construction is essentially turning your own home into an experiment.
Drawings that lack engineering calculations, safety factors, or compliance with BNBC codes can one day lead to catastrophic consequences.

Saving a small amount of money today in exchange for putting your entire future at risk is never a wise choice.
That is why I strongly urge you to ensure proper structural design by a qualified engineer following all applicable codes before starting construction.

This is the only way to protect your property, your family, and your life.
