Final Load Test Observation – Khulna Zilla Parishad Jame Masjid.
A load test was conducted on the Khulna Zilla Parishad Jame Masjid with a test load of 53 tons against a design load of 35 tons. After completion of loading and observation, the net settlement was recorded as 3.52 mm.
During the test period and after unloading, no cracking, abnormal deformation, or structural distress was observed. The measured settlement is within acceptable limits, indicating satisfactory performance of the foundation and structural system under a load significantly higher than the design load.
Based on the above observations, the structure demonstrates adequate bearing capacity, stability, and safety, and may be considered safe for the intended design load.

We are pleased to showcase our Interior Design and Supervision project at Shop No-1, Ayal Nasser, located in front of London Hotel, west side of K.B.N Restaurant, near Naif Police Station, Naif, Deira, Dubai, UAE.

The project was developed with complete 2D drawings and 3D visualizations, ensuring accurate planning, clear design understanding, and smooth ex*****on on site. The interior concept reflects a modern, elegant, and functional workspace, tailored for a professional travel and tourism office environment.

Our scope of work included: 2D layout, working drawings & detailing, 3D interior modeling & realistic visualization,Interior concept development,Space planning and workstation design, Material & finish selection, Lighting design,Full site supervision for quality control.

The completed project delivers a contemporary corporate interior, balancing aesthetics, comfort, and operational efficiency, while maintaining high ex*****on standards.

Structural Analysis Overview – Islam Tower

Project Name: Islam Tower
Project Location: DIT Road, Rampura (Opposite Rampura TV Center)
Project Type: One Basement with 10-Storied Commercial Building

The structural analysis of Islam Tower has been completed using STAAD.Pro following internationally recognized design standards and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC) guidelines.

The building is modeled as a reinforced concrete framed structure consisting of columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, and a basement retaining system. A detailed 3D analytical model was developed to accurately simulate real structural behavior.

Analysis Considerations:

Dead Load, Live Load, Floor Finish & Superimposed Loads, Wind Load, Seismic Load, Load Combinations as per code provisions, Key Structural Checks, Axial force, shear force, bending moment & torsion, Story drift and lateral displacement, Base shear and seismic performance, Foundation reactions and load transfer to soil

The analysis results confirm that the structure satisfies strength, stability, and serviceability requirements under all governing load combinations. Special attention was given to basement behavior, lateral load resistance, and seismic safety, ensuring long-term durability and occupant safety.

This comprehensive structural analysis forms a strong foundation for safe construction, cost efficiency, and sustainable performance of the project.
