Each space, from the balconies to the open terrace and double-height living area, invites air, light, and greenery inside. Ventilation and daylight were key priorities to ensure comfort and warmth throughout.

Anwar Group Buying Office is a 2,200 sq. ft. interior project designed to balance functionality and adaptability. Following our successful completion of their 4th-floor office, we continued the design on the 3rd floor of the same premises. The space includes a well-equipped studio, a collaborative meeting area, and an MD room, all crafted for efficiency and aesthetic appeal. A key client requirement was modularity—ensuring that interior elements could be relocated if the office were to move to a new location. Our design approach prioritizes flexibility, sustainability, and the seamless integration of a branded identity within a dynamic workspace environment.
