• Paper made models, diagrams and architectural renderings for presentation.
• Prepare project BOQ, Material management and Quality controlling.
• Prepare Architectural and Interior Design Concept, Plan, Elevation and Section with Detail
Working drawing.
• Develop concepts and detailed design and drawings.
• Rajuk / others authority Drawings preparation.
• Prepare detailed working design & specifications from start to finish.
• Visit Construction Sites and supervise.
• Solution-oriented approach.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Contribute to all stages of project development from conceptualization to final implementation.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

'Indigenous', on behalf of its all family members, ex colleagues, associates, and related technical support providers and all well wishers,
deeply mourns the death of the innocents of the Milestone school on the tragic accident that shook the whole world. We express our heartfelt condolences to the parents for the sudden loss of their beloved children. May Almighty give them strength to bear such loss and overcome this difficult situation.

Yesterday, on the 2nd of February, 2025, 'Indigenous', in collaboration with 'Meer Manjil', organized a lecture titled 'A session on building and landscape materials using bamboo as reinforcement and other building components' by forest specialist Mr. Zakir Hossain in the 'মীর মঞ্জিল : Meer Manzil : میر منزل' venue.

A heartfelt thank you, Jakir Bhai! We are truly grateful that, despite your busy and brief visit, you took the time to be with us. Your in-depth discussion on how bamboo is not just a construction material for interiors and exteriors but also intricately woven into various aspects of our lives was both insightful and inspiring.

A special thanks to ' মীর মঞ্জিল : Meer Manzil : میر منزلl' for their generous support in allowing us to use their space for our four-and-a-half-hour-long session. Their contribution along with the all time support of their members made this valuable discussion possible .

Above all, our deepest appreciation goes to those who joined us despite their busy schedules on Sunday, a busy working day, enriched the session with their engaging discussions and thoughtful exchanges. Your participation always motivates us.
