BASE SALARY:
✅ ৳1,20,000/month — Starting from Day 1
EQUITY (Total 30% Portfolio Ownership):
✅ Day 1 → 12% IMMEDIATELY (2% in each of 6 companies)
✅ Month 6 → +6% upon ৳2.5 Crore raised
✅ Month 12 → +6% upon ৳10 Crore raised
✅ Month 24 → +6% upon ৳25 Crore raised
CASH MILESTONE BONUSES:
✅ ৳2.5cr raised → ৳50,000 cash bonus
✅ ৳10cr raised → ৳1,00,000 cash bonus
✅ ৳25cr raised → ৳2,00,000 cash bonus
SALARY PROGRESSION:
✅ After ৳2.5cr raised → ৳1,50,000/month
✅ After ৳10cr raised → ৳2,50,000/month
✅ After ৳25cr raised → ৳4,00,000/month
