We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional to join our Corporate Sales (VRF) team as an HVAC Sales Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain sales pipeline, customer database, quotations, orders, and project records.
• Prepare PI, quotations, comparison statements, and sales documents.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design & Estimation, SCM, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Follow up on POs, SAP/ERP entries, deliveries, installation, invoicing, and VAT/Mushak documents.
• Monitor customer payments, resolve delays, and prepare sales/project reports.

🔹 Educational Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales administration, or project coordination.
• Experience in HVAC, engineering products, or corporate/B2B sales will be preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP/ERP, CRM/Salesforce, MS Office, quotations, invoicing, VAT/Mushak is preferred.

• Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Good communication skills in Bangla & English.
• Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
