One of the major problems of HVAC system is sweating (both duct & Pipe) at summer. There are many reasons for sweating and poor insulation materials is one of them.

Results of Poor insulation (materials) system can be:
1. sweating of duct and chilled water pipe causing unexpected environment & damage.

2. Higher installation cost due to extra installation accessories & materials.

3. short life of used insulation and replacement issue creates which costlier and lots of trouble for changing in a running plant.

4. loss of energy due to less thermal conductivity.

To avoid such kind of bad experience and for correct solutions, we are supporting our respected user with correct insulation materials for ducting and piping.

Available Duct insulation: 25MM and 20 MM, self adhesive and Al foil as moisture barrier. MOC: PEF & Nitrile Rubber.

Available Pipe insulation: Pipe size 1.25" -10" for 40 schedule Pipe. MOC: PEF. With Al foil as moisture barrier. Larger size can be provided as per requirement.

What are the Problems with Low Quality and Lower Price Local Duct Insulation???

For Local Duct Insulation :

- No Defined and declared Thermal conductivity i.e. energy loss will be higher and worst case (Duct sweat) during summer is inviting by using this.

- No self Adhesive will cause more adhesive for affixing of the insulation with duct.

- Moisture barrier is very weak in finishing causing bad looking and lower performance.

-Thickness is not accurate over the lot and hence after certain time it makes gap between duct and insulation.

- Low quality raw material used and no technical data available.

-Not suitable for long lasting application.
