মনে করি, আপনার জায়গার পরিমান- ৫ কাঠা,
জায়গা ঘেষে সামনে দিয়ে কন্টিনিয়াস রোড গেছে - ২০ ফুট,
ফার- ৩.৫ ( BNBC তে পাবেন কত কাঠার জন্য কত ফার)
এখন, Maximum Build Area (M.B.A)= Area of Land x Far
= 5 katha x 3.5 (Here, FAR= 3.5)
= 5x(720)x3.5 ( 1 katha=720 sft)
= 3600x3.5
=12600 sft
Maximum Ground Coverage(M.G.C)- 62.5% (BNBC তে পাবেন)
= 5 katha x 62.5%
= (5x 720) x 62.5%
= 2250 sft.
Now, Number of Floor (N.O.F)= MBA / MGC
= 12600 / 2250
= 5.6 Floor
