Position Overview
We are seeking a highly competent, experienced, and result-oriented Manager to oversee construction operations while leading strategic marketing initiatives.
The selected candidate will supervise ongoing projects, prepare BOQs, and drive business growth through structured marketing strategies. This leadership role requires both technical expertise and managerial capability.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Business Development
âĸ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for all construction services.
âĸ Acquire new clients through digital marketing (Social Media, Website, Email Marketing) and direct client communication.
âĸ Conduct market research to analyze competitors and industry trends.
âĸ Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness programs.
âĸ Analyze marketing performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
2. Project Supervision & Operations
âĸ Monitor and supervise ongoing construction works to ensure quality and timely completion.
âĸ Coordinate with project teams, clients, and suppliers for smooth project ex*****on.
âĸ Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
3. Technical & Documentation
âĸ Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
âĸ Prepare project-related documentation and technical reports.
âĸ Provide technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team.

Required Qualifications
âĸ Educational Qualification: Diploma in Engineering (Civil) / BSc in Civil Engineering.
âĸ Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction sector.
âĸ Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
âĸ Strong presentation skills and team leadership ability.
âĸ Proficiency in Digital Marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business) and MS Office.
âĸ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

Compensation & Benefits
âĸ Salary: BDT 18,000 â 25,000 (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
