REIMAGINING THE EXISTING.

A compact Living & Dining space in Uttara, Dhaka, transformed by giving the client’s existing sofa, dining table, and wooden showcase a fresh, contemporary identity.

The challenge was to create a cohesive and elegant composition within a linear layout—while maximising functionality and preserving what already belonged to the space.

A minimal gypsum ceiling intervention with carefully planned lighting adds warmth, depth, and a more spacious ambience without overwhelming the interior.

Less replacement. More transformation.

>>>"স্থপতি (Architect)" হলেন এমন একজন ব্যক্তি যিনি স্থাপত্য বিষয়ে স্নাতক (Bachelor) ডিগ্রীধারী, বাংলাদেশ স্থপতি ইন্সটিটিউটের (IAB) সদস্য এবং এই বিধিমালার বিধি ৪১ অনুযায়ী তালিকাভুক্ত।
পরিচিত বা বন্ধুমহলে কেউ স্থাপত্য/ ডিজাইন রিলেটেড কোন কাজ পাওয়ার জন্য নিজেকে "স্থপতি (Architect)" হিসেবে পরিচয় বা দাবী দিলে খুব সহজে তার পরিচয়ের সত্যতা চেক করে নিন বাংলাদেশ স্থপতি ইন্সটিউটের ওয়েবসাইটে গিয়ে তার নাম এবং সদস্যপদ চেক করার মাধ্যমে।
যদি তার নাম খুঁজে না পান তাহলে কোনভাবেই তিনি "স্থপতি (Architect)" নন।
