Alhamdulillah, Our respected client at Andarkilla.
There was no space for Machine Room on the roof top, because the water reservoir tank is on the top of the elevator shaft. The only solution was to use a MRL (Machine Room Less) elevator.

Job Title: Sales Executive/Engineer

Job Responsibilities :
* Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers for Lift/Generator/Sub-stations. .
* Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
* Pe*****te all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within the client base.
* Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
* Making sales and various kinds of reports on demand of HOD. Create Quotations, PowerPoint presentations etc for clients.
* Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions to ensure positive business deals.
* Assist in creating positive responses to potential clients.
* Handle company's internal and external telephonic sales related communication.
* Be fully aware about the name, address, contract number of the different govt: offices, business houses and other agencies that are closely associated with the company's business.
* Identify potential leads independently through networking, cold-calling and/or relevant sources
* Routine follow up with prospective clients by Telephone or Site visitation.

Educational Requirements:
* BSc in EEE/Mechanical or any other sectors.
* BBA/MBA/BCom/BA

Additional Requirements:
* Experienced persons are preferable.
* Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
* Having Computer knowledge specially MS Word, Excel and other relevant fields is a must.
* Should be an energetic & dynamic person
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Good command in English
* Ready to Travel all over Bangladesh.
