Project : Interior Renovation & Complete Apartment
Transformation
Location: Chandgaon residential area, Chattogram
Apt size : 1100 sft (apx)

Project description:

This project involved the complete renovation and interior redesign of an existing apartment, focusing on resolving major structural and functional issues while creating a modern, comfortable living environment.

The renovation began by addressing critical problems, including water seepage and damp walls, plumbing leakages in the toilet areas, and faulty electrical wiring throughout the apartment. After resolving these technical challenges, a new floor plan was developed to better suit the client’s lifestyle, improving space planning, circulation, and functionality.

The apartment was then transformed with new floor tiles, carefully selected materials, and a fully redesigned interior. Every space was thoughtfully planned to achieve a cohesive aesthetic, combining functionality with elegant design. The lighting, finishes, and material palette were chosen to create a warm, sophisticated ambiance that enhances the overall living experience.

This project demonstrates a comprehensive approach to interior design—solving complex technical issues while delivering a refined, modern home tailored to the client’s need
