In our industry we’re pretty good at getting on with the job. Long days, time away from home, pressure on site, early starts and the usual ups and downs of life… it can all add up.

Today’s a reminder to check in on your mates. Not just the ones who look like they’re struggling either.

Ask the question. Have a proper chat. Grab a coffee. And if someone tells you they’re not okay, take the time to listen.

You don’t need to have all the answers. Sometimes just knowing someone’s in your corner makes a difference.

Look after your mates, on and off the tools. 💛

The boys are in Gympie to knock over some fabrication work for one of our long-term customers. Central Queensland is home, but we’re always happy hit the road and head wherever the job takes us, whether it’s mechanical or fabrication.

A pretty exciting day for these two!

Today we officially signed Daniel and Jarred up to start their Diesel Fitting apprenticeships. The boys have both been with AMH for a number of years as Boilermakers and have been keen to keep building on their skills and take on another trade.

We’re big believers in continuous improvement and giving our team the opportunity to develop and grow, so it’s great to be able to support these two as they take on their next challenge.

Safe to say they’ll be pretty handy with a welder AND a spanner by the time they’re done 😂

Congratulations Daniel & Jarred, we’re excited to see you both get stuck into it!
