We’re often asked the same questions about modular homes and for good reason.

Pricing, compliance, warranties and council approvals all matter, and clarity from the start makes a real difference.

Here are a few of the most common questions we receive at Complete Modular Living QLD:

• We don’t have a fixed price list, pricing is tailored to each project based on design, inclusions and site conditions.

• Our modular homes are built to comply with relevant Australian Building Codes and applicable standards, including energy and cyclone rating requirements.

• Once a client elects to proceed and a building contract is issued, the home is covered by the builder’s statutory warranty. Under a Master Builders contract, this provides 6.5 years of coverage, with all required QBCC fees paid, in accordance with QBCC requirements and insurance provisions.

• We manage initial enquiries, design guidance and pricing. Once under contract, all construction-related matters are managed directly with the licensed builder, with our team remaining available to support throughout the process.

• The builder provides all documentation required to support council applications. Council lodgement and approvals are completed by the owner or their appointed certifier.

Every site is different. Every project is different.
