A big transformation on this one.

Custom freestanding patio recently completed, turning what was an exposed concrete area into a large covered outdoor living space.

Built from the ground up to engineered drawings, including hardwood posts, LVL structural framing, insulated metal roofing, lined ceiling, recessed lighting and ceiling fan.

At approximately 6.1 × 6.5 metres, it provides plenty of coverage while keeping the area open and connected to the backyard.

Painting and final cosmetic finishes to be completed separately.
