Our client asked us to remove this car port and re install it as close to the brick wall as safely possible for an enclosed feel outdoor storage area/workshop.

Had my young stepdaughter Xahlia out with us on a job in Yea today, getting some work experience.

She helped us clean up all the debris from the large shrubs and small trees we removed for a customer.

From dragging branches, raking and piling up the foliage, to even having a go on the hedge trimmer, she jumped in and gave everything a redhot crack.

It’s awesome to see the younger generation getting out there, getting their hands dirty and putting in real effort.

Xahlia absolutely blew me away with her drive and dedication to getting the job done to a professional standard.

Hi, This may be a bit long, I figure it is better late then never to introduce myself and outline our goals as a company.

My name is Jayson, I am 31 years old and I own a local company called Motivated Maintenance. We are based in Yea and service the Murrindindi, Mitchell, Mansfield and Yarra Ranges shires.

In October 2025, I started this business with a ute, a trailer, basic gardening tools, a ride on mower, and a vision.

Since then, it has grown to include multiple team members, trusted contractors, and the ability to reinvest back into the business.
My background is in landscaping, civil construction, and farm and nursery work.

When we started, we knew rural communities needed better access to trades and services, the response so far has been truly remarkable and eye opening for me personally.

We have narrowed our focus and minimised what we offer as a property maintenance company with the goal of having quality work over quantity. We are planning to add more services in the future as we find trusted, trade certified contractors with the capacity to do so.

Our goal is to operate as a true one stop service for rural communities where reliable trades are difficult to access.

We offer a wide range of services including property maintenance, landscaping, earthmoving, fencing, concreting, slashing, fire prevention, land clearing, roofing, exterior cleaning and blackberry removal.

We engage licensed and trade certified contractors as required to ensure workmanship meets professional standards.

This model allows us to respond to more jobs, reduce wait times, and maintain consistent quality control, while giving clients a single, dependable point of contact for projects that would otherwise require multiple providers making bigger projects far less stressful.

We take pride in delivering reliable service and leaving every client satisfied. Our growth has been driven by the support of our community and the trust our clients place in us.
