Advanced Landscaping & Design is seeking a skilled and motivated Groundskeeper / Landscape Maintenance Team Leader to join our professional team. This is a site-based, full-time position, offering a permanent contract after a successful 3-month probationary period.

About the Role:
As a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing a range of grounds maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and supervise a small team to complete landscaping and grounds maintenance tasks efficiently.
✔ Perform lawn care, pruning, hedge trimming, weeding, and general garden maintenance.
✔ Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
✔ Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service.
✔ Maintain workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements:
✅ Proven experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, or horticulture.
✅ Leadership or team management experience in a similar role.
✅ Strong knowledge of plants, turf care, and landscape maintenance practices.
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✅ A valid driver’s licence (MR/HR licence is an advantage).
✅ White Card and relevant industry certifications (or willingness to obtain).
