A shout-out to Maxxy and the crew at Chadoak Plumbing & Drainage in Victoria for sending through these photos from site.

The team constructed a 9m-deep sewer using our 1200mm internal and 1950mm external formwork, with our half scaffold put to work to suit the limited space on site.

When you're working in tight conditions, having the right gear for the job makes a difference.

Long-time customer Chrisos Civil Constructions used our taper formwork to construct this manhole in St Marys.

To reach the required height of 3650mm, multiple forms were stacked together, demonstrating the flexibility of our formwork and the range of stock we carry.

Itโ€™s a good example of how having the right combination of forms available can make it easier to achieve the dimensions required on site.

Our first hire to Maxi Civil and Plant has been put to work on a backdrop sewer pit for BB Civil , using our 900mm inner and 1200mm outer manhole form.

With extensive experience working with formwork and construction equipment, the team brings a strong focus on quality workmanship to their new venture. The finished result is a great example of the attention to detail that goes into getting the job done properly.

Itโ€™s always good to see our forms being put to work by experienced operators โ€” and even better when the finished result looks this good.

And a little shout-out from our depot team: thank you for stacking the forms neatly and ready for collection! It might seem like a small thing, but it makes loading up and getting the equipment back to the depot so much quicker and easier.

These pits were constructed by MGP Civil at a warehouse development in Rouse Hill, Sydneyโ€™s North West, where stormwater needed to be diverted into a creek using 1500mm diameter pipe.

Even with pipe of that size, our forms gave MGP Civil the flexibility to accommodate the installation without the fuss of building the pits from ply.

MGP Civil told Ben they saved a significant amount of time by using our forms โ€” and thatโ€™s always good feedback to hear.

Another solid stormwater pit installation on site with Glanmire Construction.

This one measures 1700mm externally and 1200mm internally, using 1.5m high drums with an additional 350mm section to get the required depth.

The scaffold and stairs provide the crew with safe, secure access and a practical working platform around the pit.

Itโ€™s a good example of how the right setup can make a difference on site โ€” and the crew were particularly impressed with the scaffold and stairs. Having easy access and somewhere to carry tools and equipment makes working around the pit much easier. ๐Ÿ‘Œ
