Another exciting update this week! 🌿✨

A few more final touches on the Pearl Stage was completed, with the sidewalk grass and street trees now completed. We are excited to have Mi Electric with us on this development, who has been doing a fantastic job with the electrical installation. The final touches of the green pillars and street lights have now been installed.

Great work, Development Construction Pty Ltd, Mi Electric and to the rest of our team behind the scenes working hard to bring this all together! 👏

We’re incredibly proud to be a sponsor of the Ronald McDonald House Charities South East Queensland Race Day — a special event bringing the community together to raise vital funds for families with ill or injured children. Last year’s event raised over $100,000, helping provide hundreds of nights of accommodation and support for families when they need it most.

The tram officially hit the tracks last night and it’s a direct result of the hard work behind the scenes.

Since day one, the GCLR crew have brought the effort, the commitment, and the teamwork. Long nights, tough conditions, and plenty of challenges and you’ve delivered every time.

Big things happening in Bundy 🚦✨

Our Bundaberg crew recently teamed up with the Brisbane legends, SWARCO Australia and TMR to successfully roll out the first of many Next Gen ELV Swarco Controllers in the region 👏

These new traffic signal systems are packed with the latest technology, helping improve reliability, efficiency, and overall safety across the network, a huge step forward for local infrastructure.

Today on ANZAC Day, we pause to honour the courage, sacrifice, and service of all those who have served and continue to serve.

At Mi Electric, we’re especially proud to recognise our Director, Jason, who served 7 years in the Royal New Zealand Navy. His dedication, discipline, and commitment are qualities that continue to shape the way we operate today.

We extend our sincere thanks to Jason, and to all current and former service men and women across Australia and New Zealand.

🐰🥚 Happy Easter from the team at Mi Electric! ⚡

It looks like the Easter Bunny may have taken a wrong turn and ended up on one of our sites this year… and judging by the number of eggs falling out of our cabinets, he might need a hand from our electricians!

While our crews are usually busy installing and upgrading traffic infrastructure, fibre optics, lighting and electrical systems across Queensland, it seems this week we’ve also added Easter Egg Distribution to the job list. Safe to say the team weren’t too upset about this delivery!

Easter is a great time to slow down, enjoy some well-earned downtime and spend time with the people who matter most. A big thank you to our incredible team members, clients and partners who keep Mi Electric moving forward every day.
