Embracing modern design with rural serenity 🌿✨

This striking home combines expansive steel framing, soaring ceilings, and panoramic glazing to capture uninterrupted views of the surrounding rural landscape. The open gable form creates a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living, while the large-scale windows frame the natural beauty of the property — from tranquil water reflections to rolling fields.
Every element has been crafted to celebrate space, light, and simplicity.
Currently under construction, this project showcases our commitment to modern rural living through thoughtful design and timeless structure.

A residential renovation project we are currently working on in Yass. Working within an existing envelope is often restricting but this residence is just bursting at the seams with potential.

Set back in a quiet street of Yass, New South Wales, this home is an entertainers delight. Imagine the warm connection between the island bench and the window seat, an extension of any great kitchen space.

From little things, big things grow. A rather large renovation project I am currently finalising documentation for in Cootamundra, New South Wales. How fantastic it is to have usable living spaces that integrate with your outdoor living space.

This is going to be a show stopper and I cannot wait for it to be finished.

Reach out today and lets discuss your renovation potential!
