We are proud to have delivered the plumbing and hydraulic package for the architecturally designed Northern Land Council Office Precinct, working alongside principal contractor Sunbuild Pty Ltd.

Designed as a striking, purpose-built facility, the precinct brings the NLC team together in one location while reflecting a strong connection to culture, Country and the Northern Territory landscape. The development incorporates contemporary office spaces, warehouse and workshop facilities, landscaped outdoor areas and provision for future growth.

Selter Shaw Plumbing was involved throughout the project, delivering a comprehensive plumbing package to the high standards and scale required for this significant development.
